Tuotix provides an evidence-led deduction recovery platform for suppliers. This page describes how we approach data handling for the marketing website and the product platform.

This marketing website does not use third-party tracking cookies by default. If analytics are enabled in the future, they will be consent-aware and documented here.

Forms on this site transmit nothing to us and store nothing: submitting composes an email in your own mail client, addressed to our monitored mailbox. We only receive what you choose to send, and use it solely to respond and to prepare an NDA.

The Tuotix product platform processes supplier documents (invoices, remittances, PODs, contracts, retailer claims) for the purpose of deduction review and recovery. Data processing terms, retention periods, subprocessor lists, and data-subject rights are defined in signed agreements before any processing begins.

• Data minimization: we collect only what is necessary for the stated purpose.
• Tenant isolation: each customer's data is separated with row-level security.
• Privacy-safe logging: telemetry does not record document content or financial values.
• Retention limits: configurable per tenant, with a documented deletion process.
• Subprocessor transparency: documented and available for review.

If you have submitted information through our forms, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. Product data-subject rights are handled under the signed data processing terms.
